Yogapop is a pop-up yoga program taught by Claire Campbell.

Claire believes yoga can reinvigorate and reward every body and invites you to experience the joy, clarity, and juiciness this ancient practice brings.

While the gentle twist, reach, or bend of a yoga pose can bring sweet satisfaction, yoga offers observation and stillness that also produces immense benefits for body and mind.

Yogapop classes are vinyasa-style and run for 60 minutes and are structured to ensure you move comfortably with your breath through themed sequences and meditations.

All yogis, new and experienced, are very welcome at Yogapop, but this offering is especially good for those just discovering their yoga journey, as Claire keeps things simple and focuses on foundations such as appropriate alignment and deep breathing.

Yogis are encouraged to bring their own mat, but they are also available to borrow - please just send Claire a message if you need one. Other props are provided at Yogapop, meaning you just need to book and arrive about five to ten minutes ahead of class in comfy clothing, ready to settle in and stretch. A water bottle is recommended to stay hydrated and phones and other smart devices are best left outside class or turned off to avoid distraction.

See the Yogapop schedule for dates, times and location. Claire can also come to you: get in touch to chat about private Yogapop (ideal for Airbnb guests or special celebrations).

Now, let’s flow.
